Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

These terms govern use of Arsnovaa Business Profile Manager at gmbexp.arsnovaa.cloud, operated by Arsnovaa Studio.

Authorized use

The service supports controlled management and reporting for Google Business Profiles. You may connect and operate only profiles you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with Google’s terms, Business Profile policies, privacy requirements, and applicable law.

User responsibility

Users remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, review replies, posts, media, claims, offers, and approvals. Do not submit confidential medical information, deceptive content, impersonation, spam, or material that infringes another party’s rights.

Operational controls

Arsnovaa Studio may require approvals, restrict automated actions, suspend synchronization, or refuse an operation where authority, safety, policy compliance, data quality, or account health is uncertain. Availability of Google services, quotas, verification, suspension decisions, and API behavior remains controlled by Google.

Security and access

You must protect your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may revoke access to protect connected profiles, users, or infrastructure.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to provide reliable and secure operations but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or outcomes controlled by Google or other third parties.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke Google access at any time. Arsnovaa Studio may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, unauthorized activity, security risk, or non-payment under a separate client agreement.
